A Special note to new visitors

I'm not sure why I'm suddenly getting a gazillion referrals from stumpleupon, but I guess this is my cue to a) say something profound and important and/or b) explain why comments aren't working.
I'm going to forgo "a" for now, as I don't have time to come up with any good material at the moment. As for "b" I think I mentioned in a post awhile back, but it bears repeating that comments on this site have been turned off temporarily until we can find hosting that doesn't kvetch about the comment spam attempts that flood the glorious blogs in the randomwalks family.
Oh, and "C" - it's a good time to PROPERLY thank Jhames for the beautiful redesign. I'm sure I mentioned it somewhere, but probably not in neon flashing lights like he deserves. (Does anyone know the tag for "neon flashing lights"?)
